We will not ship any animals in violation of any State and/or Federal Laws. The buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
General Terms
All sales are final.
We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone.
Any and all customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing. Breeder’s Circle will not be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Any and all animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed. Animals will only be shipped during appropriate shipping temperatures (your location & FedEx Hubs).
All animals are shipped through FedEx Priority/Standard Overnight service with signature required.
The live arrival guarantee will be void if we are provided with incorrect shipping information or if you are not available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt.
Any snake that arrives DOA or for any other shipping problem, the customer must contact us within 1 hour of the delivery time stated by FedEx.
Health Guarantee
Exotic pet shop offers a 7-day health guarantee on all of our animals beginning on the date of arrival. Once the package has been delivered and the 1-hour window has elapsed we are no longer responsible for any extreme weather conditions. Proper care and temperatures are the responsibility of the customer. If you are a first-time reptile owner please refer to your care sheet for proper care. Not following proper care (such as proper heating, diet, daily care, etc…) will void our guarantee in its entirety.
Please note that at times it can take a reptile up to 3 weeks to adjust to its new habitat and surroundings.
Genetics Guarantee
Each snake sold by Exotic pet shop will be accompanied by a signed genetic certificate with a photo ID.
Exotic pet shop guarantees, to the best of our knowledge, the genetics of each snake it sells to the original purchaser of that snake. Should the original purchaser have an issue with the genetics of a snake purchased from Exotic pet shop within the first three years of ownership the original purchaser should contact us and provide photos of the Exotic pet shop’s snakes offspring and any other information reasonably requested for review byExotic pet shop. For Heterozygous and combinations, at least two clutches and at least fourteen eggs must be produced prior to any claim. If it is determined by our team that the snake is not a genetic match with the signed genetic certificate, we may either refund the original purchaser’s purchase price or replace the snake in question with one matching the signed genetic certificate.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before shipment or pick up of any and all animals.
Available Payment Methods
- Money Orders & Personal Checks:
We must receive a tracking number; otherwise said animal or product will continue to be offered for sale until payment is received.
- Wire Transfers:
This is a direct transfer from account to account. There is a $15.00 fee to use this option. If the order is $5,000.00 or more the $15.00 fee is waived. Any international orders will be required to use this option. Please call for Wire Transfer information.
- Credit Cards:
All Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments will only be accepted through our website.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on most animals. A Non-Refundable Deposit of 20% is required to start the 4-week plan. Longer plans may be available for larger purchases. Please ask us about any possible plans as we are open to negotiation on terms. Non-refundable deposits are non-transferable to other animals.
Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal/product before entering a payment plan.
Credits and Promotional Credits
Any credits given to customers through a refund or promotion expire within one year from the day the credit was given. Credits must be used towards regular purchases and cannot be used towards auctions.
